La Nuit De L’Homme Eau De Toilette by Yves Saint Laurent comes shaped in the same unique flacon as the EDP version. In fact, it was released one year before the EDP version in 2009 but with a much different outlook in comparison to the EDP version. While the later is more cheerful and filled in liveliness, the EDT edition is engulfed in a more mature mysterious attitude, wrapped in a bed of spices with oriental Fougere fragrance being the theme of the perfume.
The first note to this perfume starts off concise and simple using nothing but the raw essence from cardamom to introduce notes of freshness, aroma and spice. The note following the top one is an elegant combination of cedar and lavender accords with a soft bergamot essence trailing behind- continuing with the notes of freshness and energy.
For the base note, vetiver on caraway acts as a robust and exhilarating form of conclusive note with the main perfumers behind this brilliance being Pierre Wargyne, Dominique Ropion and Anne Flipo.
