Created for the fall of 1990, Tresor Ladies Eau De Parfum by Lancome is actually a vintage best-seller that created quite a buzz at the time of its release. Years after, this perfume, even in the present days, holds a strong impact in the minds of independent ladies. The word ‘Tresor’ in French means treasure which is exactly what makes the persona of this perfume.
Perfumer Sophia Grojsman started the perfume with a fruity-floral note using peach, lily of the valley, lilac, rose, apricot blossom, pineapple and citrusy bergamot.
For the heart, the floral accords jammed in together using the mighty sensual tones from the red rose and pairing it with iris, jasmine and heliotrope essence. The peach in the beginning of the fragrance now reappears in the base note alongside vanilla, musk, apricot, sandalwood and amber essence.
